We had the great pleasure of hosting Rosalyn Lee (Official) and Chef Justin Dingle Garciyya for a Candy Abalone and Oyster tour last week at Barilla Bay Oyster Farm! Chef Justin is an Australian chef based at Singapore’s W Singapore Sentosa Cove, as Director of Culinary, earning his stripes in various Michelin-starred restaurants. Rozz is radio presenter, DJ and TV personality who is now travelling the globe on the search for good food and adventures, so we certainly had a lot in common!

The guys were here on a ‘paddock’ to plate mission – whisky tasting, good food hunting and developing recipes using Tassie fresh produce for popular Clicknetwork (www.clicknetwork.tv), an online TV network and YouTube channel in Singapore reaching over 1 million subscribers! Chef Justin will also be creating a seasonal menu featuring Tassie’s fresh produce at his restaurant in Singapore. We had the best and beautifully sunny day sharing our passion for our Tasmanian seafood – our abalone, urchin and Oysters from Barilla Bay.
